2. How We Utilize Your Data Your data is utilized exclusively to architect and deliver your digital real estate. We use it to:

  • Process your deposits and final invoice settlements.
  • Communicate project updates and handover administrative rights.
  • Maintain the security and integrity of our digital platforms.

Data Retention & The Handover Protocol Upon the successful completion of Phase 04 (The Handover) and the clearance of all balances, your bespoke digital architecture is fully transferred to your control. Foxtrot Studio will only retain essential invoicing and communication records as required by international tax and legal compliance standards. Any sensitive access credentials provided during the build phase are systematically purged from our active assembly environments.
